Clik here to view. You probably have heard this before:
It’s all in the list!
Another thing you may have heard that can be really confusing is: Don’t use your ‘warm list’ – or – use your ‘warm list’.
What is a ‘warm list’ anyway? That’s the list made off of all the names you have available through your family, friends, email contacts, Facebook friends and other social media contacts.
Why not use the ‘warm list’? I don’t see anything wrong in collecting all those names and email addresses and make a list of all those contacts.
I have made a list of all these contacts and I have contacted them one by one to remind them of me being one of their contacts.
This list started out to be about 200 names long and I have made most of them my personal online friends. Over time this list has grown as I also use Twitter to build a circle of friends and through word of mouth.
It is amazing how fast the list has grown and continues to grow on a daily basis.
This list is giving me great prospects for my business. These connections are turning into invaluable business relationships.
I email them ones or twice a week (mostly once a week) and give them some valuable beauty tips as well as network marketing tips.
The beauty of getting business from this list is through giving these helpful tips and new, fresh ideas about my market to my list of prospects.
I Also show honest interest in what my connections are doing and what expert advice they can give me. In return I am given some wonderful tips from my list that I can use for my marketing as well.
Real value lies in giving and being interested in what others have to say and give. It’s a give and take. It’s getting to know each other. It’s trusting each other and value the friendship.
Whatever business you are involved in - giving real value is the best way to show your prospects how much you value them.
This again builds trust. You will be trusted and acknowledged as an expert in your field of expertise.
Over time this will lead to wonderful business for you and your connections.
I put my network marketing ideas into personal projects:
My first project was to put together the list of all the connections I have made over time.
My second project was to contact them personally one by one with an introduction email.
And don’t get me wrong. My introduction is not about my business. It is about who I am and what I have to offer when it comes to good tips and ideas in my market.
My third project is to send my list an email once or twice a week with new tips I have come across and valuable tips and tricks I have developed in my market.
Over time I will reveal all my other projects. Turning the steps that need to be done into personal projects, has helped me tremendously in staying focused and having fun watching my business grow.
It is a great way for me to multiply my business success over and over again.
Start your personal list today and you will be surprised how fast your business will grow.
Always Your Success in Mind,
